From the catalogue
On the brink of total destruction Earth was divided between two powers, the Empress Innelda's Imperial Isher Dynasty and the technologically superior Weapons Shops. But the precarious balance of power was upset when the Dynasty discovered interstellar travel and interplanetary war seemed inevitable. Now the fate of the entire Galaxy is in the hands of Captain Robert Hedrock, the Weapons Shops peacemaker to the Imperial Court. But Hedrock has dangerous secrets of his own. He was a spy for the Weapons Shops, an informant for the Dynasty and he is hunted by both sides for being a traitor.
